Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data W5 Technologies Ltd (“W5”, “we”) collects through this website and how we use it. We process personal data in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and we apply the same standards to visitors from the EU and UK.

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, company and message.
• When you book a call: the details you give our booking provider, Cal.com.
• When you browse: anonymous, aggregate statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this website sets no tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice our work. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who we share it with

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and filters spam.
• Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Cal.com, if you book a call.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client project data, including security findings, is deleted 90 days after a project closes unless a contract says otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@w5technologies.com. You can also complain to Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
